Cosential has solved the problem of the financial system controlling the spelling and format of the Company and contact record.
Cosential’s sophisticated financial system connector allows administrators to map one version of the Company/Contact record in the financial system to the version Marketing and the rest of the firm prefers to use. Example: in Financial system a client contact might read “JOHN DOE ACME” whereas in Cosential the Contact is “Jonathan Doe Acme Worldwide, Inc.” In other systems, a new contact is required to be created for the correct spelling. Cosential’s advanced mapping technology prevents duplication. Contacts can live in both places in harmony. You do not have to change the contact in the financial system or worry that your accounting staff will change important Contact data. Good and clean data
Cosential has solved the Company duplication problem in MS Outlook®
Using Cosential’s exclusive company name phonetic search engine, your users will find it almost impossible to enter a duplicate company again. The company search engine will find misspelled names, company name variations such as Acme, Acme,Inc Acme Inc, Co, Acme Ltd and Acmee Inc. The search engine will also find matches on company acronyms.Cosential has solved the problem of personal contacts intermingled in company contacts.
You can set only certain categories of contacts in MS Outlook® to update to Cosential. You can also ignore all contact marked as private. Just add only the contacts you want to update to Cosential and mark them with any category you choose.Cosential has solved the problem of remote MS Outlook® users permanently deleting or changing critical contact data.
Cosential’s exclusive contact version technology eliminates the need to go to backup tapes. This allows more people to use MS Outlook and be in sync with your other systems. Contacts can only be deleted by using the Cosential Web Interface, thus providing fine-grain user permission control of who can delete contacts.Cosential has solved the problem of Contact entry.
