Enhancements to project images
We have also created a plugin for Apple iPhoto to bulk upload images to project records. It will be available in the Resources module in the next week. Follow this link for a video demo.

In addition to making a slew of powerful changes to our application, we're also improving our process of communicating these improvements! In addition to this semi-regular update (sent to all users who are in the Notifications tab in Cosential's Administration module), we've started a product blog.
Increased Implementation Consultation and Training
In addition to greatly increasing our staff of developers, and Implementation Specialists. Their extensive experience with all aspects of A/E/C marketing, as well as developing and implementing databases and systems in numerous firms, allows them to help guide clients successfully through complex implementation processes. Our specialists are available for implementation consultation and training sessions ( via the web or in-person).
Expanded Technical Support
Technical support is provided via email (support@cosential.com) or our 800 number (800.505.7089 ext 2) M-F from 9AM Eastern Time to 5PM Western Time. Support issues are now responded to within 24 hours, (usually within 2 hours). |
