You can send an email to the support address in your account and we will return your message within 48 hours Monday - Friday. Training and implementation services are provided for Cosential Enterprise accounts only.
Cosential Enterprise Accounts Support
Technical Support via Email or Telephone
Free customer support for technical issues and quick (less than 5-minute) explanations of functionality.
- Via Email: the address is included in your account information, monitored 24/7; or
- Via Telephone: (800) 505-7089 ext 2, Monday through Friday , from 9AM Eastern Time to 5PM Pacific Time.
- Response Time: 24/48 hours for most issues, for system-critical issues: 2 hours.
Implementation Consultation and Training
Cosential's Implementation Specialists have a thorough understanding of all aspects of marketing and management of AEC firms, as well as successful implementation of database and information management systems.
We've shepherded numerous complex Cosential implementations for a wide range of firm types and sizes, allowing us to provide you with expert and efficient assistance. We understand how careful planning, organization, and phasing of an implementation can allow firms to quickly realize benefits from Cosential, deliver cost and labor savings short- and long-term, and position a firm to easily incorporate Cosential's many features.
Services provided include:
- Data Migration: Development of a migration plan, data analysis, import and testing.
- Implementation Consulting and Project Management: Planning, organization, phasing and management of an implementation.
- Workflow process analysis: in conjunction with Cosential/marketing best practices standards. Firm account set-up based on firm's needs and implementation plan.
- Cosential Training: In-depth training via telephone, web or on-site.
