Most recently, Josh served as JIRA Cloud Segment Lead at Atlassian, where he ensured SLAs were met while balancing quality and quantity of customer responses for all agents in the segment. Prior to that, he served as CEO and Founder of ecig.com, growing the company from $0 in revenue to $1.2MM and 1 employee to over 20, including 2 retail locations in its first year before being acquired.
